Bookings & Cancellations

Tickets may be exchanged or refunded up to 24 hours before the start of the session.
After the 24-hour deadline, it is the ticket holder’s responsibility to resell, gift or forfeit their ticket; no refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals, missed sessions, or last-minute cancellations.
For Children’s Classes: if your child is unable to attend due to illness, please notify us before 9am on the morning of the class. A credit will be applied to the following term.

Photography & Promotion

During our workshops and classes we may take photos and videos for promotional purposes. By booking a session you consent to us using any images in which you appear.
If you prefer not to be included in any photographs or videos, please inform us before the session begins and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Life Drawing Sessions

For life-drawing classes, out of respect for our models’ privacy and focus in the session, we ask that you:
- Put your phone on silent.
- Refrain from phone use during the session (calls, texting, social media, etc.).

Workshop & Venue Changes

The gallery reserves the right to modify workshop content, venue, dates or costs.
We will make every effort to notify participants of any changes promptly.
